Canada Wine Club FAQs

We are bottling all of your delicious vino right now and will begin shipping the last week of November so you can be stocked up for silly-season. We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as it’s ready to ship. Signing up now ensures we have 6 or 12 bottles saved just for you!

Wine is like Goldie Locks, it doesn’t like it when it’s too hot or too cold. Because of the fragile nature of wine, we ask that once you receive your tracking details, you monitor them closely to ensure someone will be home to accept / sign for the delivery. This will ensure the wine isn’t left out in the cold or heat potentially being damaged. If you won’t be home, we suggest shipping it to your office, a friend, your grandma (just don’t let it sit outside, ok?).  

As a club member, you are responsible for all shipping, return shipping and re-shipping fees unless otherwise specified. 

We currently ship to all provinces except Québec. Big Canadian sorry to our Big Wine Guys in Quebec – it’s not us, it’s you (well, your government).

This will be a subscription based wine club where you will receive automatic deliveries every 3 months. By signing up to the Big Wine Guy club, you agree to have the payment for the quarterly order debited from your account automatically. You will pay for your first delivery today and then will be charged every 3 months for your scheduled club shipment thereafter.

Depending on which club you sign up for, you will receive either 6 or12 bottles, consisting of an even split of red, white, rosé. They are all made in Niagara, low sugar and freakin’ delicious.

Not at the moment but we hope to offer customizations options in the near future. We are excited for you to try our full offering and remember, wine makes the best gift 😉

You can sip with us if you are 19+. By registering for the Wine Club, you are confirming you are 19 years of age or older.

Your Wine Club membership will be ongoing until we receive a request from you to cancel your membership.

Absolutely. We understand that life (and babies) happen, so if you wish to put your membership on hold, just send us an email to hellocanada@spadeandsparrows.com.

Yes you can! If you wish to skip a club shipment, just send us an email to hellocanada@spadeandsparrows.com. You can also choose to delay shipping – this means your card will still be charged for your club shipment, however your wine won’t be shipped until your selected shipping date (perfect if you are away on vacation).

Shoot us an email with your order number to hellocanada@spadeandsparrows.com and we will sort it out.

You must notify us via email at hellocanada@spadeandsparrows.com at least 30 days prior to shipping with any changes or cancellations. A wine club should be fun, not forced, so you do you.
